"The towing company was very friendly when they contacted me by phone to help me schedule a time for the tow truck to arrive. The driver, was very helpful and politely told me that since he was driving a non-flatbed, my car wouldn't be able to be picked up by him due to the driveshaft hanging down. He called it in and a flatbed came by and took the car with no hassle. Thank you very much for assigning these friendly people to pickup my car. I'll share junkmycar with people I know whenever they need to get rid of their old unwanted cars."
