"The towing company was very sweet and very prompt with both his calls and availability. The young man who actually got the car was a doll (he was younger than the car!). We got it to start and stay running, we drove it to the truck, he packed it up, and off they went. He didn't even seem to mind my crying like a baby. Not very many men would do that. Thanks to both of them. Can you call yourselves something other than Junk My Car? I hate to think of my old friend as junk! My assigned tower just happened to be someone my grandfather dealt with for many years, which was a sign that the time was right. He had also worked on this particular vehicle back in the '80s when it was "new" (I still have the receipts!). Last but not least, his phone number even corresponds to my birthday.
