I received acknowledgement from you within 5 minutes and was notified of the towing company that would be picking up my vehicles within 30 minutes. Noon the next day, the towing company was in my driveway to remove the vehicles. I have to admit, when I saw your ad on TV about removing any vehicle within 48 hours, with or without title, I was skeptical. But Junkmycar.com did everything they claimed they would do; responded quickly, notified me of the company that would be picking up my vehicles, and then picked them up in less than 48 hours. Your website was very easy to use and provided phone numbers (with live people answering the phone!) to answer questions. The contract towing company was prompt and professional.
