"After getting the notification that my request had been assigned to a towing company, I called the office number provided and spoke with a rep, who told me the request had already been received and that a driver had been dispatched to remove it. The tower arrived within 55 minutes of my initial online removal request!! I signed the title in his presence; he hooked up to it and drove away within 15 minutes of his arrival.
